A tribute to the William Golding novel, Lord of the Flies. I always thought it was a very haunting scene when Simon speaks with the severed sow's head (or the Lord of the Flies). This one had been stirring in my mind for a while. I wanted the image to evoke those feelings of unease and foreboding. I hope you all enjoy.
It really does evoke those feelings. I feel like Simon now @_@

"Allow me to exaggerate a memory or two, where Summer's lasted longer than, longer than we do. Where nothing really mattered except for me to be with you, but in time we all forgot and we all grew." -Panic at the Disco
Oh wow. You really captured the feeling. This is so well done, the darkness at the edges and the colours in the middle... The jungle seems to really close around you. Yep. I think I'll just fave this.

This picture is very claustrophobic, what with the dark edges of trees and jungle... and the colors in the middle (orange and grey) make the picture feel very hostile and evil. I think you captured the feeling of the scene extremely well. Good job!
